Train solo or as part of a small group (max 5 people) of individuals under the watchful eye of Coach Dave Hedges.

What you get:

  • A full postural and gait analysis performed 1 on 1. This ensures you are ready to train and forms the basis of our future training.

  • A look at your training wants and needs to make sure we create the best program for you.

  • A personalised training program based on all the information gathered.

  • Regular reviews of the program to ensure progress is made.


What to expect:

  • Detailed programming, specific to what you need NOW, with a view to bringing you closer to what you WANT.

  • Dave's no bullshit coaching style, don't expect to get away with half arseing your training or using sloppy technique.

  • Constant pushing to discover the limits as this is where progress is made. We push to the limits, but not beyond them, we want to make you better, not break you.


What we will train you for:

We work with a variety of people with a variety of goals, each person gets the program they need to bring them towards their goals.

Some examples of our work include:

  • People returning from injury, from motorcycle crashes, to shoulder dislocations we've assisted many many individuals return to health and performance, often achieving results far beyond their expectations.

  • Brazillian Jiu Jitsu players who need a well rounded mix of strength, power, mobility and endurance as well as the ability to resist injury, particularly around the knees, shoulders and back.

  • Thai Boxers, power and endurance is the name of the game here, we have several Muay Thai guys on our books, mostly coming in for tuning up prior to an event.

  • Runners looking to get faster and prevent injury. Adding strength and mobility work to a running program can and will shave minutes from your times, aid in injury prevention and even help you recover faster.

  • Triathletes of all levels from absolute beginners to Iron Man competitiors. Like with the runners, but greater care needs to be taken here due to the nature of the sport.

  • Competitive Mountain Bikers, strength, endurance and the ability to move around on the bike. All these are vital for mountain biking success. This sport is growing fast in Ireland, don't get left behind.

  • Kettlebell Sports. One of the most gruelling tests of power endurance known to man. If you want to join our Kettleheads GS Team and take part in the sport of Kettlebell Lifting, give us a shout.

Just please don't ask for a "fat loss" program.

Fat loss is all about nutrition, you come to me to build strength, endurance and mobility, to get fitter, faster & stronger. If you eat well while doing this, yes you will lose bodyfat.
